As TikTok & Talent Queen at Be Golden, you are the face behind (and often on) our content.
Whether it's a GRWM video, styling jewelry, or creating a TikTok trend with a Be Golden twist β you make it happen. You have an unerring sense of what works for our target audience, are comfortable in front of the camera, and know how to translate storytelling into engaging, visual content.
You're hands-on, brimming with ideas, and turn every video, reel, or post into a mini-campaign. You'll also collaborate with influencers who align with our vibe, keeping our social media fresh, fun, and always on point β¨
Tasks
Content Creation & Socials
β’ Brainstorming and creating content for TikTok, Instagram & Pinterest
β’ Spot trends and translate them into scroll-stopping posts
β’ Photo & video editing (Canva/CapCut/Adobe)
Marketing & Community Support
β’ Scheduling content and managing the content calendar
β’ Analyze results (views, likes, reach, engagement)
β’ Community management
Influencer Marketing
β’ Scouting for influencers who fit Be Golden
β’ Maintain contact and establish collaborations
β’ Providing influencer mailings & giftings
β’ Monitoring content and results of collaborations
Requirements

You are creative, independent and a real social media lover
You have a sense of trends, style & aesthetics (hello matching feed)
You write easily and understand how to communicate in the right tone of voice.
You are not afraid to drop new ideas
