All items have a warranty period of 1 month.
NOTE: this does not apply to discolouration!
We have a warranty period of 12 months for discoloration. Once the 12-month period is over, it doesn't mean that the jewelry will discolor, of course. You can always contact us if you have any questions or encounter any problems!

If an item is defective within the warranty period, please contact us immediately via customerservice@begoldenlabel.com or Whatsapp (+31642463249). Do not forget to mention your order number and a photo of the complaint in your message. You will be responded to within 4 hours during working hours with a suitable solution.
