Exchanges & Returns – No Worries, Babe! 

Did you order something and it's not quite what you expected? No worries, we got you! You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! 💕

For the following countries: Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, France, Czech Republic, Ireland, Luxembourg, Austria, Slovakia, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania and Finland follow the steps below.

1. Register return: Register your return. It's super easy and you only need your order number and email address.
2. Packing: Pack your items (in the original packaging) and stick the return label on them.
3. Drop it like it's hot: Bring your package to a service point near you.

And then? Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation from us and your return will be processed according to the option you chose.

• Money back: The purchase amount will be refunded to your account. This may take a few days, but we will do our best to make you happy again soon!
• Shop credit +10%: Choose store credit and receive an extra 10% to pick out something new!
• Exchange: Prefer another one size? Please indicate this in the return process, and as soon as we have your package, we will send the correct one size to you (as long as it is in stock).

Important to know:

• Free Shipping: If your order was originally shipped for free, but falls below the free shipping threshold after returning it, you will still be charged the shipping costs.
• Discounts & promotions: Did you buy items during a campaign period? Then the discount will be recalculated based on the items you keep. It is therefore possible that your discount will expire if your order no longer meets the campaign conditions after returning it.

1. Make a shipping label to a shipper of your choice in your region.

3. Send your package and receive it your money back within 14 days.
