Returns & Exchanges – No Worries, Babe!
Did you order something and it's not quite what you expected? No worries, we got you! You can simply return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused. We obviously want you to be 100% happy with your Be Golden goodies! 💕
Please note! 💌 We can only accept items in their original condition and packaging. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot process your return 😢
For the following countries: Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, France, Czech Republic, Ireland, Luxembourg, Austria, Slovakia, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania, and Finland, please follow the steps below.

Register return: Register your return (€6.12). It's super easy and you only need your order number and email address.

Pack it up: Pack your items and stick the return label on the package.

Drop it like it’s hot: Take your package to a service point near you.
Pay attention, babe! 💡 It is important that you always register your return via our return portal (Returnista). Creating your own label is unfortunately not possible; this keeps everything nicely organized and ensures you get your money or store credit back faster! 😘
And then? As soon as we have received your return, you will get a confirmation from us and your return will be processed according to your chosen option.

Refund: The purchase amount will be refunded to your account. This might take a few days, but we do our best to make you happy again quickly!

Store credit +10%: Choose store credit and receive an extra 10% to pick out something new!

Exchange: Prefer a different size? Indicate this in the return process, and as soon as we receive your package, we will send you the ring in the correct size free of charge (as long as it is in stock).
Important to know:

Free shipping: If your order was originally shipped for free, but falls below the free shipping threshold after returning items, the shipping costs will still be deducted.

Discounts & promotions: Did you buy items during a promotional period? Then the discount will be recalculated based on the items you keep. It is therefore possible that your discount expires if your order no longer meets the promotional conditions after returning items.

For other countries: let us know, babe! 💌 Do you live in a country other than the ones listed above? No worries, you can still sort out your return! Just send us a message before sending anything back. We will arrange the correct return process with you via Returnista. Creating your own label is unfortunately not the intention; this way we can be sure everything runs smoothly and you are helped quickly! ✨
