Returns & Exchanges – No Worries, Babe!

Ordered something but it’s not quite what you expected? No worries, we got you! You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they’re unused. We want you to be 100% happy with your Be Golden goodies! 💕

How does it work?

1. Register Your Return: Register your return. It’s super easy – you just need your order number and email address.
2. Pack It Up: Pack your items (in the original packaging) and stick on the return label.
3. Drop it like it’s hot: Bring your package to a drop-off point near you.

What’s next? Once we receive your return, you’ll get a confirmation from us and your return will be processed according to the option you chose.

• Money Back: The purchase amount will be refunded to your account. It might take a few days, but we’re doing our best to make you happy again!
• Store Credit +10%: Choose store credit and get an extra 10% to pick out something new!
• Exchange: Prefer a different size? Let us know in the return process, and as soon as we get your package, we’ll send you the right size (as long as it’s in stock).

Important to know:

• Free Shipping: If your original order had free shipping but, after returns, falls below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be charged.
• Discounts & Promotions: Bought items during a promotion? The discount will be recalculated based on the items you keep. This means your discount might be voided if your order doesn’t meet the promotion requirements anymore after returns.
