What are the shipping costs?

The standard shipping option costs €4.95. This shipping option is with Track&Trace. From €60 this shipping option is always free.

How long does it take before I receive my package?

If you place an order before 23:59, your package will be shipped the same day! Packages ordered before 23:59 will be delivered the next day. No mail will be delivered on Sundays and Mondays, please also take this into account.

Can I return my package?

How is it possible that Be Golden jewelry is waterproof?

The jewelry does not discolor because it is made of stainless steel. The material stainless steel (stainless steel) consists of the materials iron, chromium and carbon. These fabrics have the property that they do not discolour.

In addition to the fact that our jewelry does not discolour, the jewelry is also 100% allergy free, perfect if you suffer from sensitive skin. Because stainless steel is a very durable material, all jewelry is also 100% recyclable!

Do I get a guarantee on the jewellery?

A warranty period of 1 month applies to all items.

NOTE: this does not apply to discoloration, we have a warranty period of 12 months for discoloration.

Should an item arrive within this time frame
are defective, please contact us immediately via customerservice@begoldenlabel.com or Whatsapp( +31642463249 ). Do not forget to state your order number in your message and include a photo of the complaint. You will be responded to with an appropriate solution within 4 hours during working hours.

Do I get a guarantee if an item discolours?

Yes, you get a 12-month warranty on discoloration of the jewelry.

If an item does discolour within this period, you can easily contact us via customerservice@begoldenlabel.com or via Whatsapp; +31642463249 , and we will respond within 4 hours with an appropriate solution.

Of course, if the 12-month period has passed, it does not mean that the jewelery will discolour. You can always contact us if you have any questions or run into problems!

How are the jewelry packaged?

The jewelry is on a card and with every order you get a nice jewelry bag in which you can store the jewelry when you are not wearing it. Furthermore, they are sent in a letterbox box.

I received my order defective/incomplete, what should I do?

You can always send our customer service a message if you have received your order defective / incomplete. Do this within 1 week of receiving your package. You can easily contact us via customerservice@begoldenlabel.com or via Whatsapp; +31642463249.
