Returns & Exchanges – No Worries, Babe!
Ordered something and it’s not exactly what you expected? No worries, we got you! 💖 You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving them – as long as they’re unused. We just want you to be 100% happy with your Be Golden goodies! ✨
How does it work?
- Register your return: Start your return (from €5.95). It’s super easy – you just need your order number and email address. 💌
- Pack it up: Pack your items (in the original packaging) and stick the return label on. 📦

Drop it like it’s hot: Take your parcel to a drop-off point near you. 🚚
And then? Once we’ve received your return, you’ll get a confirmation and we’ll process it based on the option you chose:
- Refund: The purchase amount will be refunded to your account. This may take a few days, but we’ll do our best to make you smile again ASAP! 🤩
- Store credit +10%: Choose store credit and get 10% extra to treat yourself to something new! 🎉
- Exchange: Need a different size? Just indicate this during the return process – as soon as we receive your package, we’ll send out the right size (if it’s in stock). 💋
Good to know:
- Free shipping: If your original order had free shipping, but falls below the free shipping threshold after returns, the shipping costs will be deducted.
- Discounts & promos: Bought your goodies during a promo? The discount will be recalculated based on the items you keep. This means the discount may be void if your order no longer meets the promo conditions after returning.
