Return

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can simply return the package. We'd love to hear what we can do to satisfy you!

You can return your order within 14 days if the product has not been used and is still in its original condition, with all labels and labels. You need to inform us not for this by e-mail. You follow the instructions below for the return.

NOTE: 

• If you want to return a jewelry set, all items in the set must be returned together.

Step 2: Send your order to

Send the item together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure the package has a Track&Trace code, as sender you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

The return costs are for your own account. In connection with the environment we as a company do not want to promote unnecessarily many shipping movements. That is why we provide clear photos of our jewelry and we are forced (partly due to our competitive prices) to have the return costs borne by the sender.  

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 5 working days!

Exchange

Have you ordered your faves but still want to exchange them? Then send the relevant item back within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.
